We camp in pristine wilderness, not a soul in sight, and in some of the remotest places in the country. Our camps are set up by an experienced back-up team in advance. They consist of walk-in tents with beds, duvets and pillows; the main camp features a campfire, dining table and chairs, with full crockery and cutlery, refrigerators, cold drinks, and freshly prepared meals. We also set up hot showers and eco-friendly toilets.
Amazingly, not a trace of our presence is left behind. Our aim is to provide a safari that combines wildlife, birding, flora, geography, archaeology and contemporary life for a rich array of true African experiences. While we cover the whole country, our speciality is Kaokoland and Himbaland in the remote north-west – an area of wild beauty, abundant game and fascinating people.
We also tailor our tours for specialist groups and organisations. In the past we have worked with conservation and wildlife organisations including Save the Rhino Trust, WWF, AfriCat, Afri-Leo, BBC, Ray Mears, The Children's Society and Sense International.
